A good kit just got even better

The Stage6 Racing 70cc MkII cylinder kit has been improved in several ways compared to the previous version. It still has a heavy nikasil coating in the cylinder passages, but the port times have been optimized for up to 1hp more power. It also uses a Stage6 R/T Replica piston with a curved top and the same type of 0.8mm piston ring that is also used on the Stage6 R/T cylinder kit. To achieve the full effect of the kit, it is recommended to use a larger carburetor and exhaust. For this cylinder you need a spark plug with a short thread, we recommend NGK BR9HS. The kit comes complete incl. gaskets, piston ring etc. Note: ø10mm cross pin, it varies whether the kit is delivered with one or more bottom gaskets. If more than one is included, it is important that the squish is measured. The kit must run with a squish of 0.75 – 0.85 mm.

NOTE: When installing this kit, a needle bearing with a minimum width of 14.5 mm must be used. We recommend Needle bearing – Stage6 HighQuality ø10mm (10x14x14.5).

NOTE: The cylinder cannot be installed on models from 2003-> unless the restriction in the engine block is removed. If the cylinder is fitted, it is no longer possible to use the original, or other Euro2, exhausts. Both apply to models from 2003->. This does NOT apply to PGO engines.
