The Hi-Speed variator from Polini is designed to give your engine increased power, but at the same time there has been a strong focus on delivering a product that can withstand the stress of a powerful engine setup. The Hi-Speed variator gives the V-belt a wide range of travel, even with short gearing. Although the Hi-Speed variator is a competent piece of tuning equipment, Polini has made sure that you can still use the original V-belt. Included are two sets of 19×15.5 rollers of 3.8 gr. and 4.3 gr. respectively, spacers, 28kg compression spring with Evo spring guide.

What makes the Polini Hi-Speed variator special is that it is equipped with a swim ring at each end of the variator housing and a chamber in the middle where you add the included Polini pulley grease, so that the variatorto allow the variator to rewind and rewind quickly along the slide tube, increasing the traction and power curve of your machine, and by reducing friction, reducing wear on the variator housing and slide tube.Polini has also optimized the sliding path of the rollers to better resist wear, which ultimately results in good durability and longevity of this variator. Note. We recommend that you study the included instructions carefully so that you assemble and mount the variator correctly without damaging the swim rings.

Note: In order to mount the variator, it is necessary to remove the starter drive and run without it due to the design of the variator, which is why you can only use the kickstarter afterwards.
